2. Data we collect
The only personal information we collect voluntarily is what you choose to give us through the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone (optional)
- Service of interest, selected from a predefined list
The contact form electronically transmits the information you enter to MAKOM CAPITAL GROUP. That information may be stored in the technology systems MAKOM CAPITAL GROUP uses to manage inquiries and provide commercial follow-up, and access to it is limited to authorized personnel. Technology providers that supply infrastructure or processing services to MAKOM CAPITAL GROUP may be involved in that process. This information is used exclusively for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, provide information about our services, and, if you request it, follow up commercially on your request. We also use measurement events (visits and contacts) to understand which content generates interest and, where applicable, to measure and optimize MAKOM CAPITAL GROUP's ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
4. Legal basis
Processing of the contact form data is based on the consent you give by voluntarily completing and submitting the contact form. The Meta Pixel and Conversions API are used based on our legitimate interest in measuring site and advertising performance, and on consent where applicable regulations require it.
5. Data retention
MAKOM CAPITAL GROUP retains the emails you send to our inbox for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and maintain a reasonable record of the business relationship. Events sent to Meta are retained according to that platform's retention policies; this site does not store a copy of those events in its own database.
6. Recipients of information
Your data is neither sold nor rented. MAKOM CAPITAL GROUP staff authorized to handle business inquiries have access to the emails received. For ad measurement, we send Meta Platforms, Inc. site events (for example PageView, Lead, or Contact) together with matching parameters — email, phone, or name, when you provide them — hashed server-side in accordance with the Conversions API. Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure visits and conversions (contact form and WhatsApp clicks). The Pixel may set Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc) in your browser. The browser-side and server-side events share the same identifier to avoid counting the same action twice.
When a property listing displays a location map, the map is generated with the Leaflet library (hosted on our own server) and the map images (tiles) are loaded from OpenStreetMap. As with any image loaded from an external server, OpenStreetMap may receive the visitor's IP address under its own privacy policy.
8. Your rights
In accordance with Law 81 of March 29, 2019 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data, as well as to request information about its use. 9. Security
Since we do not store data on our own servers, the main safeguard for the information is the one you and MAKOM CAPITAL GROUP maintain over your respective email accounts. We recommend protecting access to your own email when using the contact form.
10. Minors
This site is directed at adults interested in real estate services. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable regulations. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.

Upon receiving your request, we will reasonably verify your identity using the information provided and proceed to delete the corresponding personal data from our systems. We will confirm through the same channel once your request has been addressed.
Certain information may be retained where a legal, regulatory, or contractual obligation, or a legitimate need for retention, exists under applicable law. In such cases, that information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill that obligation, consistent with section 5 (Data retention) of this policy.
